A warm welcome to Chienge District Website, A platform created to give you, our valued and esteemed public the opportunity to interact with us as well as to insure that information on services and opportunities available to Chienge Town Council is available and easily accessible by you the general public.
Chienge District is situated in the Northern Part of the Luapula Province of the Republic of Zambia; and is 350 Km North of Mansa, the Provincial Headquarters. It is 1, 200 Km from Lusaka; the Nation’s Capital City. The District shares intra boundaries with Nchelenge District in the South, Kaputa District in the North and Eastern sides. It also shares an international boundary with Democratic Republic of Congo on the Northern Part of the District; with a stretch of Lake Mweru in between Congo and Zambia.Readmor
