Chienge District is situated in the Northern Part of the Luapula Province of the Republic of Zambia and is 350 Km North of Mansa, the Provincial Headquarters. It is 1, 200 Km from Lusaka, the Nation’s Capital City. The District shares intra boundaries with Nchelenge District in the South, Kaputa District in the North and Eastern sides. It also shares an international boundary with the Democratic Republic of Congo on the Northern Part of the District with a stretch of Lake Mweru in between Congo and Zambia.Readmor
